This tour is designed for people who have acquired land in the Asebu Pan African Village or who are serious about acquiring land in the Asebu Pan African Village but want to visit the land first. This tour offers a unique opportunity to go to the Pan African Village, have a full tour, organise plot allocation, arrange land clearance and development with a view to making progress on construction. We will have an experienced team to hand to guide you through the process so you come away with a solid plan to move your building project forward in a cost effective manner.
We focus on the Asebu Traditional Area and Cape Coast city. It is important to be familiar with both these places if you are to be a land owner at the Pan African Village.
We will visit local businesses in the area to get first hand experience on the advantages and the challenges of running a small or medium size business in Ghana.
