Pan African Village

The Central Region, is where the Asebu Pan African Village is located and is the focus area of our tours. Part of the Central region also runs along the country's southern coastline. It is known for its rich historical and cultural heritage, as well as its beautiful beaches and historic sites.
The region is home to several important landmarks and attractions, including the Cape Coast Castle and Elmina Castle, both of which were major centres involved in the transatlantic slave trade.

The Central Region is culturally diverse, with a mix of traditional and modern influences. The region's history, especially its role in the slave trade, has had a significant impact on its cultural identity. It is the home of the Fante people who are one of the major ethnic groups in the region with their rich cultural heritage.

The mighty Ashanti Kingdom is also in the Central Region which is the seat of the Manhyia Palace and Museum.
